Hey there! I’m Rojit Mote—an HR enthusiast, hospitality professional, and lifelong learner with a mission to turn workplaces into communities and data into decisions.

With close to 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality across Dubai and Malta, I’ve worked my way up from the frontlines of Food & Beverage and Housekeeping to where I am now—in the heart of Human Resources at The Phoenicia Malta, one of the island’s most iconic five-star hotels.
